Stoptober is the national stop smoking challenge to encourage smokers to quit throughout the month of October, with the hope that they will then stop smoking for good.
multiCIG has found one smoker that would like to do just that and has challenged her to the multiCIG Stoptober Challenge. For the next 28 days Flo will be using multiCIG whenever she feels like smoking a regular cigarette and will document her progress for you all to see. Keep up to date with how she’s getting on, and maybe even try the challenge yourself!
