MULTICIG STOPTOBER CHALLENGE! Day 31

‘So, it’s finally come to the end of my Stoptober challenge. It’s been a tough month but one that I’m really glad I’ve done it!

At first I struggled a little with cravings for normal cigarettes and had to make sure I got in the habit of reaching for a multiCIG instead. I’ve tried to quit smoking before and have always given in within the first week so having multiCIG to turn to really helped. I think what really made it easier was that the e-cigarettes keep your hands busy and feel so much like a normal cigarette that you almost forget that it isn’t.

Going into the second week I had got used to replacing all my usual cigarettes with multiCIG and had even begun to cut down on how much I used it. It was hard on nights out when all my friends were smoking but I liked that I didn’t have to go and stand outside in the rain with them! I think what surprised me the most was that the thought of a regular cigarette actually made me feel a bit sick, and after only two weeks. I thought it would take longer than that!

I then moved onto the multiVAPE kit, which I can’t recommend highly enough! It was a bit daunting at first but once I’d read the instructions I realised how simple it all was. I love that I can use different flavours too, I particularly like the Apple Jack and can’t wait to try all the new ones. Oh and it’s a lot easier to use this device instead of dragging myself out of the house to smoke a cigarette, I’ve even used it in bed!

This week I’ve been really happy with myself and how far I’ve come. I’m using my multiVAPE less and less now and haven’t had a regular cigarette in ages! I feel so much better for it and my boyfriend is really pleased and proud of me. Stoptober may be over but I’m planning on continuing with multiVAPE, with my final aim to come off nicotine completely.
