Frequently Asked Questions

The best way to store our e-liquids is to keep them in a dry, dark and cool place. So, keep them safe from light, heat & moisture.

1account is our 3rd party age verification system that will verify if you are over the age of 18 so we can legally sell you vaping products. For more information, please see our terms & conditions.

Once you have placed your first order with us, our age verification system will verify you are over the age of 18. Once you have been verified we will dispatch your order. Their system runs independent checks from the most reliable data source they have available to verify you are over the age of 18. These checks may include credit records, mobile numbers, the UK electoral roll or the UK birth register. Once your age has been verified, you will not need to repeat this process.

The cut-off point for next-day delivery is 3 pm Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.

You can return goods within 30 days of receiving them if you've changed your mind. Returns must be in their original sealed conditions.

You are unable to return items if they were sent to you in sealed condition for health protection or hygiene purposes once you have unsealed them (e.g. vape kits and coils). If you want to return goods you must not unseal them.

If you have a burnt taste when you inhale, this means that you may not have had enough liquid in your tank when vaping, causing the cotton in the coil to burn from the heat as it is trying to vaporise the liquid.

If you now have a burnt taste, this means that you will need to replace the coil with a new one.

If you find that you are constantly having a burnt taste from vaping, you may need to prime the coil before use. To do this, drop a couple of e-liquid drops into each hole on the coil before inserting it into the tank. Then do a couple of inhales without powering the device, this will draw liquid into the coil and help the cotton ‘wick’ properly. Always wait at least 10 minutes before vaping to give the cotton adequate time to soak and bed in.

If your tank is leaking, there could be several potential causes…

- You have not screwed the coil and tank onto the base properly, check all seals and ensure it is put together properly

- The liquid you are using may be too thin for the device, if you are using MV liquids this shouldn’t be the case.

- Are you storing the device in your pocket the right way up? If not, the heat from your body inside your pocket makes the viscosity of the liquid thinner, so ensure that if you keep it in a pocket, it is always upright.

This varies from e-liquid to e-liquid depending on the ingredients and how often you vape. Actual liquid use and longevity are user dependent and how frequently you vape. On average the normal vaper will use 1 bottle every 2-3 days.

We know smoking is a hard habit to stop but at multiVAPE we are here to help. We have the perfect starter kit called the MV Sabre Kit, we also sell a range of liquids at different strengths to help you slow down and hopefully quit forever. For more information, please see our Make the Switch guide.

Vape coils can be called atomisers, but they are a component for your vaping device that creates vapour. They are made of three components: the heating element, wicking material and casing.

It depends on how often you vape but changes are recommended at least every two weeks. There are many factors when needing to change your coil. Firstly, e liquids contain natural sugars, and these natural sugars build up on the coil over time and turn into a crust. This process causes the performance of the coil to drop off, along with the taste.

Also, in warmer weather, you may notice that your coil is easily flooded and that you get a gurgling sensation when using your E-cigarette. This is due to the viscosity of the liquid changing, due to the heat and in extreme cases such as when left in a car on a hot summer’s day, you can lose the entire contents of your reservoir running through your coil and out of the airflow holes due to this.

Equally, when the temperature drops the liquid becomes thicker affecting the longevity of the coil.

Directly from the NHS website: ‘it seems that e-cigs release negligible amounts of nicotine into the atmosphere and the limited evidence available suggests that any risk from passive vaping to bystanders is small relative to tobacco cigarettes.’ Vaping is nonetheless an addictive substance and you should be careful not to abuse the use of vaping.

The strength of e-liquids basically means how much nicotine is in each e-liquid. These are our recommendations:

- If you're a social smoker, we recommend you try a 3mg strength e-liquid.

- If you're a light smoker, we recommend you try a 6mg strength e-liquid.

- If you're an average smoker, we recommend you try a 12mg strength e-liquid.

- If you're a heavy smoker, we recommend you try an 18mg strength e-liquid.

When you place an order, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number so you will be able to track when your parcel will arrive.

Disposable vapes will last between 600 and 800 puffs. When the device is finished, you will need to buy a new one as disposable vapes are not designed to be refilled.
