Black Friday

 

1. Eligible Products:

  • The offer is applicable to all products available on our website.

2. Discount Tiers:

  • Enjoy a 5% discount on the total cart when you spend £50 or more.
  • Enjoy a 10% discount on the total cart when you spend £100 or more.

3. Automatic Application:

  • The discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.

4. Discount Cap:

  • The discount is capped at a maximum cart spend of £500 (including VAT). Any cart value exceeding this limit will not be eligible for further discounts.

5. Quantity Limitations:

  • There are no limitations on the quantity of products eligible for the Black Friday offer.

6. Refunds Policy:

  • Refunds for products purchased during the Black Friday offer will be processed at the price paid. Proof of Purchase will be required and our refund policy applies.

7. Additional Terms:

  • The discount is given at our discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the amount paid in any case.
  • The offer is subject to stock availability, and we hold the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

Age Verification (using 1account)


Where you have asked us to provide an age restricted product or service, you consent to allow us to share your information with, and collect information from, One Account Mobile Limited (1account) and third-party providers of identity data to 1account. This consent is necessary for 1account to verify that you meet the minimum age and identity verification requirements as determined by relevant UK age restriction legislation. You consent to allow 1account to retain relevant data for the purpose of future verification.


All data processed by 1account is subject to appropriate security measures. Data retained by 1account is subject to periodic review to ensure it is not held for longer than necessary. Manual Age Verification

We take age verification seriously and have procedures in place to ensure we do not sell nicotine products to anyone under the age of 18. We use 1Account to automatically verify your age. There are instances where automatic verification may take longer than usual or fail for a multitude of reasons. If 1account fails your age verification or if your age verification remains pending, we may carry out a manual check. For this, we will use Creditsafe Business Solutions Limited (a Credit checking company who can verify Date of Births against the information we hold when you checkout) to run a soft identification check to verify your date of birth. This would be an action that would only need to be completed once. This is only a soft credit check and should not affect your credit rating. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us on customersupport@multivape.co.uk before proceeding with your first purchase. If we are unable to age verify through either 1account or Creditsafe Business Solutions Limited, we may contact you directly using the information provided on your order. If we are unable to contact you in a timely manner or are unable to verify your age for whatever reason, we will cancel and refund your order. By opening an account on our website and making a purchase, it is deemed that you accept our age verification process.
